On 17 January 2024, the Cyprus Registrar of Companies issued a notice announcing an extension of the deadline for the submission of data on Beneficial Owners in the Beneficial Owners Register for all companies and other legal entities. According to the notice, the submission deadline has been extended to 31 March 2024. After this date, non-compliant companies and other legal entities will be subject to penalties.
