Czech Chamber of Deputies Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Taiwan

On 27 November 2019, the Czech Chamber of Deputies (lower house of parliament) approved the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Taiwan. The treaty, signed 12 December 2017 ({News-2019-03-20/T/3-previous coverage}), is the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
