The Czech Republic has published Financial Bulletin No. 21/2024, which includes the list of countries that fulfill the condition of reciprocity for the refund of VAT to foreign persons not established in the EU. This includes Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom effective 1 January 2025 until further notice.
