The Czech parliament has approved the law transposing the amendments made by Council Directive (EU) 2015/2376 to the EU Directive on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (2011/16/EU) concerning the automatic exchange of cross border tax rulings and advance pricing agreements (APAs) ({News-2015-12-10/A/2- previous coverage}). The law must be signed by the president and will enter into force on the first day of the month after it is published in the Official Gazette.
