The Czech Republic has published Financial Bulletin No. 35/2020 of 16 December 2020, which includes a decision issued by the Ministry of Finance providing for an exemption from VAT on COVID-19 in-vitro diagnostic tests and COVID-19 vaccines. The exemption applies from the entry into force of the decision (assumed 16 December) until 31 December 2022.
