The Czech Republic Ministry of Finance has published Financial Bulletin No. 3/2024, which includes a notice on the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for the purpose of the Czech Republic's controlled foreign company (CFC) rules. The list has been updated considering the approval of the revised list of non-cooperative jurisdictions adopted by the Council of the European Union in February 2024, and includes the following:
