Czech Republic and Oman Conclude Negotiations for New Tax Treaty

On 22 May 2025, officials from the Czech Republic and Oman concluded negotiations with the initialing of an income and capital tax treaty. The two sides previously concluded negotiations with the initialing of a tax treaty in 2012, but that treaty was not ultimately signed. The new treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
