Officials from the Czech Republic and Oman are scheduled to hold the first round of negotiations for a new income tax treaty from 19 to 22 May 2025. The two sides previously concluded negotiations with the initialing of a tax treaty in 2012, but that treaty was not ultimately signed. The new treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
