Decree published on entry into force of protocol extending EC Arbitration Convention

The protocol of 25 May 1999 extending the EC Arbitration Convention (Convention 90/436/EEC of 23 July 1990 on the elimination of double taxation in connection with the adjustment of profits of associated enterprises), entered into force on 1 November 2004.
