Definition of "low-tax jurisdiction" for transfer pricing purposes changed

On 24 October 2013, the parliament adopted Law No. 2054a for amending the definition of "low-tax jurisdiction" for transfer pricing purposes.

A low-tax jurisdiction is defined as a jurisdiction that has a corporate income tax rate of 5 percentage points below the Ukrainian corporate income tax rate of 19%. Based on the new amendment, a low-tax jurisdiction is defined as a jurisdiction which has a corporate income tax rate of 14% or less in 2013.
