The Directorate-General for Taxes (DGI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo issued an Official Communique on 22 September 2022, announcing that taxpayers under the management of the Directorate of Large Companies are required to submit tax declarations (returns) electronically with effect from 1 October 2022.
