Democratic Republic of the Congo Ratifies Pending Tax Treaty with Turkey

According to recent reports, the Democratic Republic of the Congo published the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Turkey on 22 November 2022. The treaty, signed 7 September 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
