The Directorate-General for Taxes (DGI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo issued Official Communique No. 01/037/DGI/DG/DESCOM/PPM/CK/2024 on 5 September 2024 on the launch of the first phase of the electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) and electronic tax device requirements.
