The Danish Parliament approved Bill L 76 B on 25 May 2023 on 25 May 2023, which amends the Personal Tax Act. This includes a reduction in the bottom State personal income tax bracket rate from 12.09% to 12.06% for the 2023 income year and subsequent years. The top rate is unchanged at 15.0%.
