Denmark has published Executive Order BKI No. 12 of 7 December 2021 in the Official Gazette, announcing that the 1969 income tax treaty with Trinidad and Tobago was terminated by Denmark on 8 June 2021. The termination of the treaty is effective on 1 January 2022.
