Denmark to Increase Deduction for R&D Expenses Beginning in 2018

According to a release from the Danish Ministry of Taxation, broad political agreement has been reached on certain tax measures, including an earlier increase in the deduction for R&D expenditure than previously planned. As agreed, the deduction for R&D would be increased from the current 100% to 101.5% for 2018-19, 103% for 2020, 105% for 2021-24, 108% for 2025, and 110% for 2026 a future years.
