The Dominican Republic's Directorate General of Internal Revenue (DGII) has announced that an exemption from the advance income tax (ISR) payment normally due on 15 May (for the April period) has been provided for most taxpayers. The exemption is provided automatically without taxpayers needing to make any particular request.
