According to an update from the OECD, the Dominican Republic signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 6 July 2023. The Dominican Republic's CbC reporting requirements apply from the 2022 reporting fiscal year for MNE groups meeting a consolidated group revenue threshold of DOP 38.8 billion in the previous fiscal year.
