The Ministry of Finance published a draft bill on tax consolidation qualifications. The draft is supposed to be presented to the Government in March 2008.
The draft limits potential consolidation members to the largest taxpayers registered with special tax inspectorates and sets the limit of 90% participation to qualify for the consolidation.
