The Dutch government has published its submission on the topics that should be addressed by the ad hoc intergovernmental committee that has been mandated to develop draft terms of reference for a United Nations framework convention on international tax cooperation, the UN Tax Convention. As previously reported, the resolution for the convention received final approval on 22 December 2023. The work to develop draft terms of reference is to be finalized by August 2024.
