Dutch Parliament Approves Ratification of Pending Tax Treaty with Chile

On 6 September 2022, the Dutch parliament approved the ratification of the pending income and capital tax treaty with Chile. The treaty, signed 25 January 2021, will enter into force on the last day of the month following the exchange of the ratification instruments and will generally apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
