On 17 June 2024, the Dutch tax authority issued a release to remind businesses that the old tax portal for arranging tax affairs will be permanently closed on 1 July 2024. The release also notes that the secure area on the website for non-EU businesses to submit VAT declarations for the EU VAT One Stop Shop will also close on 1 July 2024. As such, businesses are urged to switch now to the new Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk portal before that date.
