The Council conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes (2021/C 413 I/01) was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 12 October 2021, including the removal of Anguilla, Dominica, and Seychelles. The revised list was adopted on 5 October 2021 and is now official with its publication in the Official Journal. The revised list of jurisdictions and their reasons for inclusion are as follows:
