The Council conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes 2022/C 391/02 were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 12 October 2022, including the addition of Anguilla, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands as non-cooperative jurisdictions (Annex I).
