Regulation (EU) 2023/1077 of 31 May 2023 was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 5 June 2023, extending the temporary suspension of import duties on Ukrainian products. The Regulation, which was adopted by the Council of the EU on 25 May, entered into force on 6 June 2023 and applies until 5 June 2024.
