Ecuador has published Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC20-00000031 of 29 April 2020, which provides for the suspension of administrative deadlines due to COVID-19. This includes that all tax administrative processes and their terms/deadlines are extended until 15 May 2020, including the limitation periods for action/collection (statute of limitations). Previously, the terms/deadlines had been extended from 31 March to 30 April 2020.
