U.S. Representative Mark Pocan (D-WI) and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) recently submitted bicameral legislation, the End Outsourcing Act (bill), in Congress. The bill is meant to utilize the tax code and federal grants, loans and contracts to end the outsourcing of jobs overseas.
