According to a 25 January 2019 update from Estonia's Ministry of Finance, Estonia concluded negotiations with the initialing of income tax treaties with Guernsey on 13 December 2018 and with Hong Kong on 21 November 2018. Both treaties are the first of their kind between Estonia and the respective jurisdictions and must be signed and ratified before entering into force. Details of each will be published once available.
