European Commission Adopts Package of Infringement Decisions on Failure to Transpose EU Legislation Including Public CbC Reporting

The European Commission has announced the adoption of a package of infringement decisions due to the absence of communication by Member States of measures taken to transpose EU directives into national law. Among other things, this includes letters of formal notices sent to 17 Member States on 20 July for failing to notify national measures for public CbC reporting.
