The European Commission has released its infringements package for July 2023. With respect to taxation, the package includes, among other things, CFC issues for Hungary, DAC7 issues for Belgium, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Poland, and Portugal, and interest deduction limit issues for Luxembourg.
