Exchange of information agreement between Isle of Man and the Netherlands – implementation

On 15 March 2006, the Isle of Man's Council of Ministers made the Income Tax (Netherlands) Order 2006 with a view to implementing the provisions of the exchange of information agreement concluded with the Netherlands on 12 October 2005. The order came into force on the date when it was approved by Tynwald (the parliament) i.e. on 17 May 2006.
