Exchange of information agreement between Isle of Man and US – implementation

On 15 March 2006, Isle of Man's Council of Ministers made the Income Tax (USA) Order 2006 with a view to implementing the provisions of the exchange of information agreement concluded with United States on 3 October 2002. The order comes into force on the date when it is approved by Tynwald (the parliament).
