Exchange of information treaty between US and Isle of Man enters into force

The first-time exchange of information treaty between the United States and Isle of Man, signed on 3 October 2002, entered into force on 26 June 2006. The agreement has effect for criminal tax matters relating to taxable periods beginning on or after 1 January 2004 or, if there is no taxable period, to charges to tax arising on or after 1 January 2004.
