The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) reported having signed during FY 2022-23 a record number of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). With 21 APAs signed on 24 March 2023 alone, the number of APAs signed during FY 2022-23 reached a total of 95, a record since the inception of the programme.
