On 8 August 2007, the Federal Cabinet adopted an amended Draft Bill for an Annual Tax Act initially issued by the Federal Ministry of Finance in July 2007. In comparison to the initially issued Draft, the planned amendments of Sec. 42 of the General Tax Act (GTA) have been revised.
