Finland's Ministry of Finance has issued Notification 22/2024 regarding the continued application of the 1996 tax treaty with Russia. The notification states that although Russia has suspended the application of Articles 5 to 21 and 23 of the treaty, Russia's suspension does not affect the validity of the treaty and its application in Finland.
