On 27 June 2014, Finland enacted the bill amending legislation in regard to the new EU VAT rules that broadcasting, telecommunications and electronic services will be subject to VAT in the EU Member State where the consumer is located.
The amendment is effective from 1 January 2015, the date the new EU rules become effective.
