The Finnish parliament has approved the Government Bill (HE 159/2006) to ratify the new income tax treaty between Finland and Canada, signed on 20 July 2006. The Law was signed by the president on 1 December 2006. The entry into force of the Law and of the treaty will be announced by a presidential decree.
