France published Decree No. 2018-421 of 30 May 2018 in the Official Gazette. The Decree concerns the content of the new special declaration requirement on French companies that are involved in reorganization transactions carried out for the benefit of a foreign legal person, including a merger, division, or asset transfer operation.
