France has published Law No. 2024-246 of 21 March 2024 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending tax treaty with Moldova. The treaty, signed 15 June 2022, will enter into force the day after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
