Officials from France and Peru are scheduled to meet 24 to 26 February 2020 for the fifth round of negotiations for an income tax treaty. Negotiations have been ongoing for several years. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
