The Isle of Man and the Netherlands on 12 October 2005, signed an agreement on the tax treatment of Manx subsidiaries of Netherlands companies when the Isle of Man moves to a zero tax company tax system in 2006. Furthermore, the two states made a commitment to work towards the conclusion of a comprehensive tax treaty.
