Georgia Joins Multilateral Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information

According to an update from the OECD dated 9 November 2022, Georgia has joined the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Georgia intends to exchange information under CRS from September 2024.
