The German Ministry of Finance is reportedly not planning to provide the 6-month deferral for reporting of cross-border arrangements (DAC6) as provided by several other EU Member States. Notification from the Ministry on DAC6 reporting is to be finalized in the near future, after which reporting of cross-border arrangements to the Federal Central Tax Office can begin.
