Germany's Ministry of Finance has reportedly issued draft legislation for the implementation the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) for the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports. Germany was one of 31 countries that signed the CbC MCAA during the signing ceremony on 27 January 2016 ({News-2016-01-28/T/2- previous coverage}).
