Germany published the Fifth Regulation Amending the Country-by-Country (CbC) Report Extension Regulation in the Official Gazette on 27 February 2023. As previously reported, amendments are made to allow for the exchange of CbC Reports with Barbados for the next scheduled exchange date of 31 March 2023.
