Germany and Pakistan Conclude Negotiations for New Tax Treaty

According to a release from Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue, officials from Germany and Pakistan concluded negotiations with the initialing of a new income tax treaty on 22 September 2023. The treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1994 tax treaty between the two countries.
