Following its recent announcement that the suspension of the operation of the ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) registry expired effective 1 October 2020, Greece has now announced a further deferral of the deadline for the registration of beneficial ownership information. This includes that persons liable to register beneficial ownership registration are required to do so by 31 December 2020.
