On 6 September 2023, the Greek Public Revenue Authority (AADE) published Decision A. 1131 of 31 August 2023, which provides a tax return deadline extension for taxpayers in areas affected by wildfires in August 2023. This includes that for both natural and legal persons in specified affected areas, the deadline for filing the annual tax return for the 2022 tax year is extended until 29 September 2023. The deadline for initial income tax installment payments is also extended to that date.
