The Greek Ministry of Finance has announced a further deferral of the deadline for the registration of beneficial ownership (UBO) information in the UBO registry. Previously deferred to 31 December 2020, the requirements are now deferred to 1 February 2021 given the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
